After more than a decade in public service working in international development and disaster emergency management, building and optimizing teams and organizations, I decided to venture out on my own to create Vagabond Co. I have worked with communities, local governments, and organizations across the continent and have found that some of the greatest hinderances to success are found in some of the smallest administrative tasks. An organization’s ability take their vision or idea and bring it to fruition starts with having a clear strategy and effective internal operations, allowing everything else to fall into place.
